Hi there! I'm Amy, a new addition to BR's editing scene. Hopefully I'll come up with a more interesting bio within the next couple of days. For now, I'm working on learning the ropes.

I'm completely open to constructive criticism, so feel free to leave a comment with any advice you have. If there's one thing I want to learn, it's etiquette.

Protip - Linking me to an LOLcat can soften any and all blows. Actually, linking me to an LOLcat is cool, period. Pictures of stationery and delicious food are nice as well. I'm not very difficult to please.

(Oh, and I say it as El-Oh-El, so if you're wondering about my choice of indefinite article, here's your answer!)

    Hi Amy,

    Thanks for the edit. I do have a question. If we take out the italicizing of quotes, how so readers differentiate a quote taken from an article and when we quote a word like - "this" is tough!!! The word "this" is just quoted for emphasis.
