About

Grew up in Southern California playing and watching sports from a young age. I love my teams and live and die with their highlights, box scores, blunders, accomplishments, failures and VICTORIES!!!! I am not a bandwagon fan, but I do love a great story.....underdog victories against the odds are what sports are all about. Winning in the face of adversity and beating the odds are what make sports so much of a part of American life.

I currently live in SoCAL with my fiance whom I love very much....and our "kid" Marley, a 3 and a half year old orange cat (imagine that, a Bronco/Syracuse/Giants fan with an orange cat)........I am trying to make a splash in sports journalism and love playing golf and pool. I am a huge music and movie fan and often you will find me mixing those subjects into my thoughts on the sports world, while injecting a little humor as well.

With that said...enjoy what you read here and keep checking back for more....

Mays...I would say Bonds, but I am tired of defending one man for the sins of an entire generation and that includes Bud Selig!

  • Unitas or Montana?

Elway.....I know Montana won more Super Bowls and beat Elway in one, but it is hard to imagine how many Elway would have won had he played with Jerry Rice, John Taylor, Dwight Clark, Roger Craig, Brent Jones, Ronnie Lott and all of the great 49ers of the 80's

Hey Brian, I'm a current SU student and college basketball community leader. I was going to take over the Syracuse basketball community if I could find anyone. Would you be interested? You don't have to do much, create the occasional roundtable between writers interested in SU hoops, maybe do a Q&A with another writer, etc....
