Yes, I worked 31 missions for launches while I was at Kennedy Space Center. We had 16 landings at KSC's Shuttle Landing Facility (SLF). I supported supported 17 launches from the Transoceanic Abort Landing (TAL) sites. When I left the space program I had supported 48 of the first 56 missions. The bad part is that once I left, I knew I would never have a job as cool as the one I no longer had. I didn't list it but I used my position as the Chief of Aerospace Medicine to gain information from the KSC engineers and the astronauts for a space shuttle novel titled "IMPACT." It also allowed me to do a few things out in Hollywood, even though they were not sustained activities.

One thing that few people realize is that Oklahoma is the second best state for producing astronauts (per capita) for the space program. Not bad!

The Heisman Trophy isn't the same as it use to be. What are the faults and what can be done in order to get the bronze figurine back to where it once was?

    Don't be shy!

    Billy,

Thanks for the comments you left on my wall. It's always a great feeling to know when others appreciate my writing.

As far as Kurt Warner, I couldn't agree with you more. He's a great guy and he's always been fun to watch in his career. He makes one of those great stories to success that people love to hear about. Thanks again!

There were people who believed in the Cardinals all along. There were people who didn't believe in them at all. No matter what you believed, we are all believing in the Arizona Cardinals now. If you have time, I'd love to know what you think. Thanks!
