My Name is WesT and I am a die hard but realistic cubs fan. I Play for the United States Super League Rugby team THE CHICAGO GRIFFINS and am a physical education/Health/Weightlifting/Personal fitness teacher here on the north side of Chicago..I graduated from the University of Northern Illinois. I played four years of varsity rugby there..and..I really feel like I am living my dream. I get to play sports workout and coach all day everyday. Probably the best job in the world next to multi million dollar lotto winner. I live about a mile from the friendly confines and it is the best place in the world to be during baseball season. I want to be a sports writer and this cool website is here to help....thanks

Well my email is xctrackangelina@yahoo.com and if you're checking your email a million times a day, you should throw me an email and I'll write you back there since you don't want to post it on my wall and hopefully I can email you some stuff to keep you laughin and smilin between the depressing bits... 'cuz trust me, I came to FSU, turning down Dartmouth, Brown, loads of schools who's coaches wouldn't take my times, to run, and I got stress frax and injured my first two seasons and then had bouts with low iron and mono and a million other things and I literally freak out whenever I get injured because there's that impending doom feeling or why am I here feeling because running is everything for me =) So trust me... I know it gets rough... holla back and I'll shoot you somethin every so often to make you smile hopefully. Chin up. Sometimes things happen for a reason. Me gettin stress frax my frosh year and redshirting was a blessing in disguise. I got to be here a 5th year, we have a new coach this year, and turns out she's the greatest learning experience I'll probably ever have in collegiate running, as she took us from not even top 15 nationally to 3rd in the nation.

omg how are your ribs/spleen? You're tough, I can't even imagine gettin hurt like that. Geeze if you needa talk let me know... I've been injured before and out for seasons and it gets literally depressing and trust me I know how it feels... Sorry I didn't get to your last article first but I'll keep up with you no worries... I have to run to class right now but will talk more later... Favor: smile k? ;)

I would definitely encourage you to write Rugby articles as you see fit. Make sure to tag them with "Rugby."

Go ahead and write them under your current account—unless you are worried about your identity being revealed on the internet, in which case you could always create a new account for these articles in particular.

I just read your bio and decided you are certifiably awesome. I want to coach HS or collegiate xc/track and do personal training/and be a sports writer/editor for primarily track and field but sports in general as well haha...I'm an assistant coach to two running groups/teams out in Boulder, CO when I'm not here at FSU attending University n runnin xc & track for 'em... and I freelance write for runnin magazines on occasion when I have the time between two a day training n liftin too. Would love to hear more about your rugby season and everything else you do up there cuz sounds like we'd get along... hope all's well!
