I have lived a bit of a nomadic life, having lived in Japan (three times), Virginia, New Jersey, and France (two times). Thanks to living to Japan, I grew to love 駅伝 (ekiden) and sumo (相撲). While living in France and Japan, I participated in several road races and I completed the 2010 Tokyo Marathon.

I was athletic long before living in working in Japan and France (I taught English for several years in both countries). I played soccer and ran track during my youth, and I ran track in college. I love writing, and my writings have been published on several websites. I would love to work in sports in some capacity.
