About

Under the wide umbrella of Marketing, Graeme Boyce has enjoyed a long and storied career in several dynamic fields, including the entertainment industry (where he met the now-notorious Alan Frew, fronting a young Glass Tiger), his corporate responsibilities include researching, writing and presenting business plans to investors, and in fact launching, creating, operating and ramping new brands, but most importantly met Harold Balland, not once but twice. The first time in The Bunker, which is where he asked for and received (and still has) King Clancy's autograph.

Along the way has also had a game of pool with Wendel Clark and Dave Ellett at The Left Bank, and used to have fun with Doug Gilmour when he lived in Toronto next to Drew Kiteley, leadsinger of Random Killing. Speaking of Wendel, when Ballard and Boyce met the second time, in the venerable Hot Stove Lounge, Boyce also had a beer with Russ Courtnall and Gary Leeman, to name a few.

Boyce is also a published author, having interviewed hundreds of famous popular musicians in the 80s while at RPM Weekly and writing cover stories and articles. While enjoying a successful career in the management of people, companies and brands, he is also a creative writer, having written a script for a movie called Columbus Had A Map, and three (murder mystery) stories for the popular CSI board game.

In 2001, he was voted onto Canada's Showbiz Wall of Fame, which was hand-painted at the CNE and was toured to schools across the country. Over the past few years, Boyce has been working with a variety of marketing agencies and media companies, and is a partner at Mindpress (dot ca), Gray Rock Mercantile and Civilized Productions, while also sitting on several boards and committees.
