Captain's Bio

Captain Fanatic, self-appointed Sports Ambassador to the World, circles the globe to remind people of how great it is to love the game. Fanatic power is bigger than sports. But when a man finds his calling, he must answer, and so he joined the ranks of mascots across the galaxy. Trivialized here, mascots are practically deified on planet Sporticus, where superfans are wise and powerful beings. Captain Fanatic maintains his humility, enjoying life's simple pleasures like basking in the glow of a laud cheer. You can check out his sports comic book at www.captainFANatic.com and his Toronto Sports Magazine at www.toSPORTS.ca

  10. Sure, what the hell, I'll write for your mag. By the looks of it, it'll be a big magazine.

Your comics own by the way.

  11. Would enjoy writing for your mag, drop me an email at dinomori66@hotmail.com. Not very polished sometimes, but enjoy writing about sports..keep me in the loop..thanks for the kind words.

  12. I'm skeptical of how i can help. Judging by your site and comic you seem to have it all under control...However, i am open to the possibility. I appreciate the offer.

  13. Hey Captain Fanatic...checked out your comic strip and I really enjoyed the look and feel of your cartoons/drawings. I'm not from Canada, nor do I know as much about hockey as some of these other BR guys, but I would like it if you'd email me. Not about your magazine but about another project that I think you would be interested in. (rspain86@hotmail.com) ...there's my email address (without the parenthesis of course). Hope to hear from you soon.

    -R.H.

  14. Well a good viking soldier he was...time for him to move on and do the honourable thing, drop the no trade, so we can get something for him, if he likes the city so much he can always come back...but I really feel this is the only time the Leafs can get something for him...remember Wendel Clark, he was a fine soldier too, and were not going anywhere soon with the team we have, so as Bob D. says
The time, they are a changing!! I hope they change with the trading of Sundin and a few others
and a new coach for next year!
Dont get me wrong, I've Met Mats, super Nice Guy, but...A change will do him good, maybe even win him a Cup! wouldn't you like to see that!

    The Captain
The King is gone but not ...

  15. EASY ON THE LEAF BASHING!! Sundin the most overrated Leaf ever? I want whatever you are smoking, my man. I don't give a hoot that Sundin had one goal in the final 20 games last season. He had 20 assists or more during that stretch. He was a point a game player, like he always has been, while given mediocrity to play with. Name one star winger, other than Alex Mogliny, that Sundin has had the chance to play with in Toronto? And he disappears in the playoffs? 83 career playoff games, and 74 career playoff points. So give me a break. Raycroft was the reason the Leafs didn't make the playoffs last year, and because he is the back-up goalie on the team this year and can't win a god damn game, he is the reason the Leafs will miss the playoffs again. Sundin's been an honourable soldier for this Leafs team, year in and year out. If you can't see that, you can't be helped.
