My name is Chris Lane, and I currently live on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. It is a golfer's paradise. I am in my junior year of college at the University of South Carolina-Beaufort. I am on the golf team and have played golf since I was young. Hopefully we will be able to pull out a NAIA National Championship this year, after finishing 7th in our first ever appearance last year. I lived in Binghamton, New York until 1998, so I have seen both extremes of sports fan, the brutal New Yorkers and the college football loving Southerners!

    I hope that you read my take on the Tiger saga. Obviously, I have been behind the timing, but I believe that it was important to wait and write something thought-provoking rather than write articles for the sole purpose of attention.
