About

Steve is - for better or worse - a lifelong Chicago Bulls, Bears and Cubs fan. He's followed the Bulls since 1969, when he tuned in after bedtime on a cheap dime store radio tucked under his pillow.

    Steve,

Thanks for writing back. I rarely leave personal comments for people on B/R but your picture with Gabe touched me very deeply.

I have a first cousin with DS and she and her parents were told she would never live past 18 and would always need special care. But guess what! She is now 65 years old and her glowing personality lights up a room whenever she comes in.

But I do have to call you on one thing; being a Cubbies fan. Maybe because I also am stuck in a similar situation being a Rockies fan.

Best Regrards to you and Gabe,

    Michael

    Steve,

Just wanted to tell you what a beautiful child you are holding. I imagine he is a true joy in your life.

I can see the happiness in his eyes and the love in yours.

    Bless you!

Sure thing Steve. I do understand how you feel about what you read and I respect your opinion a great deal because you keep me and the other writers on our toes. Factual information that is entertaining is what we are supposed to provide. If we can't deliver that then why write? I try not to be too wordy but my grammar can use some work and I also need to research a little more.
Your Fan's View articles are fantastic! I like to read intriguing articles that will allow me help pattern my craft and keep me entertained. That's your work. Congrats on being accepted as a writer for B/R.
I'm a radio personality who likes to focus on sports whenever I crack open a microphone and B/R helps further my passion for sports. I don't do for the money (money is always a perfect, extra added incentive,) I do it because I like to share my passion for sports with whoever wants to read it. That's payment enough.
You have a definite skill-set that I rarely see and you have a journalist background. I say give it a shot.

    Steve,

Been curbing back on the right just a tad while I move to Texas.

As far as cap info goes, shamsports.com is the best website for that kind of info.
