Ennis just needs to develop a little faster. He has crazy potential with his athleticism.
Agree 100%. I think DeMarre looked better in ATL. He had 64% of his shots assisted on, and ATL is the second best team at moving the ball, where as TOR is arguably the worst at moving the ball. I think he will get exposed in TOR as just a decent catch and shoot guy who can defend. For the SF position, I think Thabo and Kent will get the majority of the minutes there. Best defenders out of the bunch
I think it will help him develop more. He needs a little time. Defense, I hope it changes though. When signing he said that he will commit to defense, and that Riley said that he needs to commit to defense. Green also said he wants to be a lockdown defender. He has the athletic tools. So we will have to wait and see if he is all talk?
Any news on ATL? I think they are underrated now. If Thabo starts and does well, they should again be very good with Splitter as well. Of course as a Heat fan I think we will do better, but I would not be surprised if ATL finishes first or second with 55+ wins again/
I feel like the Hawks gets disrespected so much. Lebron Haters be like "Cavs gonna face a 60 win team, good luck" Cavs win 4-0 "NO FAIR, HAWKS ARE THE WORST 60 TEAM EVER!" I hope you notice that people only rooted for the hawks that series because they were against the cavs not because they won 60 games or were a top seed. Then they say that Caroll is a big loss when they don;t realize the value he had during the RS. They only know him because of an injury.
More proof. I watched First Take after the finals (no skip or Stephen a) and they had segment "missing pieces to these contenders"
They personally disrespected the hawks. People think you need a "superstar player" to win a finals. But the finals mvp was andre iguodala not steph. Kawhi won not Duncan. It may be tough but the 2004 pistons won a title without a 'superstar' player because they played good as a team. That's what the hawks were trying to do.
IMO hawks > bulls and heat. Heat are a bit overhyped and I want to see how the bulls are with a new head coach.
I hope the hawks can manage to win or make a finals to get respect.
Oh I think I remember now
Yo I want your opinion
Do you think when Lebron James retires that he ends up as a top 10 player in NBA history? I think if he manages to having a finals record that is not a losing record and put up great stats, he can sneak in 5-10.
Lol I'm kidding, I don't have any pets
And no, you'll have to remind who's Nugget :/
My pet horse
Stats who he's a good three point shooter so missing open 3 pointers doesn't mean he can't make them. He has good defense,I think he's a great signing but he's not the next Kawhi or whatever people think about him.
Amare is not the same player he once was, Green is actually a good 3 and D player, Dunleavy isn't as good as Korver, Gibson isn't trash, he's average but injury prone, and Noah isn't the same C he was 2 years ago. Rose is a great player but he's injury prone.
It'll be interesting to see If Whiteside o!ays the same way he did this past season. I think he might even step back by playing a full season but we'll have to wait and see. I don't think Wade will step back, he seems to be doing well at this point in his career
As a backup he should be solid. Anything more and he will disappoint
