I'm a fourth year Communications student at Simon Fraser University and obviously, I love to write.

I recently completed an internship with the Vancouver Canucks, and it was then that I realized how much I love sports writing. You won't find me dissecting stats and suggesting slight tweaks that the coach clearly hasn't seen yet, but you will find stories by someone who loves learning about the players as people. Think about it, you're writing about peoples dreams coming true, and that's a little magical.
