    Thanks for commenting on my article. However, I think it's doubtful that baseball fans in Tampa will support the Rays either. Cash rich baseball fans in Florida are mostly transplants from Boston, NY, NJ, Chicago, Philly, etc. Not until the next generation of kids who grew up with the Rays are old enough to buy tix and merchandise will the Rays be a successful draw. Plus, the Rays "carpet bagger" ownership needs to stop pandering to the MLB Commish and whining to the City of St. Pete to build a new stadium with tax payer money.
