Should Utah Start Over or Keep Pushing?

I am a teacher who loves everything about the NBA. I know everything about it including the aspects that many fans are grey on: rules on salary cap, luxury tax, and exceptions. If the new CBA changes everything, I will become an expert on the new system. I enjoy writing about the Utah Jazz, my favorite basketball team since I was six years old. I have no ties to Utah, but boy wasn't Stockton to Malone incredible (no one better in NBA Jam).
