Any sports fan who writes back and says that maybe he was wrong is one I treasure. I really appreciate your honesty and I wish you and your good, non-excuse-making fans a great season. I hope that you write some things on Bleacher Report. It's fun. Sometimes, it gets really spirited, but there are tons of articles on BR that have insights and facts and figures and more that mainstream media can't touch because they just don't always have that longevity of fanhood upon which to draw. I hope Tomlinson can get healthy. Good luck this season. Niners should have hung on to Norv Turner. He was making a difference with Alex Smith, who tanked after he left and then he was injured and has never recovered. He's a good kid. If you are from San Diego, you probably know more about him than I do, since that's where he grew up.
