I didn't see your comment in my article, but the Cubs didn't do anything at the trade deadline other than dump one guy and save just a few bucks. They have no clue what they should be doing, because they are too dumb to realize that winning now hurts them more than helps them.
Until they get rid of the current regime and bring in people who have an idea how to run an organization, they will never go anywhere. They are making a big deal about the money the Cubs spent on the recent draft, but as long as they still teach, or should I say don't teach how to play the game in the minors, the money they spent means nothing.
