I have always followed sports and enjoyed debating what moves teams could make in order to bring their roster to the next level. I never really liked writing, but I decided to give it a try and found a new passion by writing for Bleacher Report.
I hope to keep learning everything I can about the sports industry and one day would like to put my unique views to work by joining the Front Office of an NBA team.

So after the trade deadline and we see KG and Pierce still Celtics(im glad) what's the chances of either of them retiring and Boston going after Josh Smith and a RFA like Pekovic? I believe something is in works like that because Boston didn't shove either out the door. I know KG has last say but you don't think he would waive his no-trade if Doc says go get a ring? Nothing materialized with Atlanta either so why go hard after a guy who may sign in summer. Keep the assests!

The only thing I think Boston needs to do is bring Melo up in February. Let him refine his game in d-league. Avery Bradley will put everyone in their places and maybe relax the old vets. When January 15th comes along trade Brandon Bass for Jordan Hill. Does Jordan Hill "eat" the ball on the glass? That's it. No tinkering except rid Bass off team.

Alright having seen what the Celtics are doing this season how do you feel about what is happening? I think Green and Lee and Sullinger need Bass' and Terry's minutes.

So if Dwight Howard doesn't get traded before season and Orlando waits until deadline would Boston be 1 team to "kick the tires" on him? Bass, Melo, one of our SG (Bradley or Lee) for Howard. That isn't what id trade for him just throwing names out there because they would need to throw alot of guys to get him.

How about Andray Blatche? If he gets amnestied and someone like Greg Stiemsma doesn't return would he be a decent fit on the Celtics instead of a Darko?

Is it a possibility they become a 3rd wheel in say a Dwight Howard trade?

Maybe thats the reason no one has signed yet with Boston. We know Bass, Green and Terry have all inked deals but that was before the dotted line could be signed. Is it a possibility they haven't been signed because 1 of those players most likely Bass is a trade candidate and thats the task at hand before others get signed?

I just can't see them trading Moore and JJJ. To me it would be stupid because Johnson is athletic and is getting stronger while putting up decent stats in summer league. Moore is doing everything showing they don't need a backup pg since he can man it. Those guys are worth the risk of a roster spot. I just don't love the fact having a bench guy PF(Bass) get so much money after the KG-Pierce ship sails. Trade him and sink or swim with the youth. I bet they swim! Im from ND and Big Ten is what I watch. Moore and Johnson have it. Great work ethic and the skill to succeed. They just need minutes and support.

I didn't check age on Scola just know Houston would move him. I want JJJ on Boston about as bad as some people want Bass on team. I just don't think JaJuan will get his time. He is better (projected) long term than Bass. That's because JJ can do all the things BB cant. Only question is will his frame be NBA ready to do it. If Lee takes 3 mill what salary wise would Boston have to surrender?
