I love sports--watching them, reading about them, writing about them, fighting about them. Baseball is my favorite. I've been rooting for the Fightin's since my mother and grandfather took me to my first game at Connie Mack stadium. No I didn't see Babe Ruth but yes, I have been a fan for a long time.

I will never forget my first magical look at the field. It was so big and unbelievably green. the perfect white chalk lines so bright, it took my breath away. And though many years have passed since that first game, baseball still thrills me today.

So finding Bleacher Report was like finding a new friend. Actually lots of friends. And I hope to find even more through the columns I write. I hope you'll read them, talk about them, fight about them, comment about them.

After all, isn't that what friends, and fans, do?

Hey, would you be able to send your e mail to klangan@omnipossible.com? I want to get the B/R community leaders on a mailing list for a press release on behalf of Sports Media 101.
