I am not alleging that the misquote was a technical glitch. I am alleging that I attempted to fix it once when I noticed your comment and perhaps then it was a technical glitch or perhaps I forgot to save my changes.
In any event, I apologized and fixed the quotations, I don't feel the quote in any way misinterpreted the spirit of the comment.
You are the only one who complained, therefore you are the one who receives the apology.
