I was born and raised in Northern California, where I was lucky enough to grow up with some great friends who know a whole lot more about the NFL, MLB and NHL than me. It's because of them and the knowledge they passed on to me that I feel I have a perspective worth sharing on Bleacher Report.

In August of 2011, I recieved my MA in philosophy from San Diego State University. Throughout all my writing experience - while getting my graduate degree - and my obsession with the NFL, especially the Carolina Panthers, I decided to keep on writing.
