Aron's Bio

A living, eating, and breathing sports maniac, I've been published in the San Jose Mercury News, Chicago Tribune, Los Angeles Daily News, Denver Post, and many others; covering a wide-range of sporting events.

I jumped on board with Bleacher Report in January 2008, and currently help manage B/R's partnerships with Foxsports.com, CBSSports.com in addition to helping run the editing internship program.

That's me with the beard in that photo, somehow still in celebratory mode in Arizona after the Ducks lost Dennis Dixon for the year after rupturing his ACL.

  1. Hey Aron, thanks for the POTD...but could someone explain why the article went from the front page so fast? I can't understand it.

  2. Hey Aron,

Just wondered about the edits. In the "article history" category it says 39 words changed, but it won't show me the revisions...just curious as to what's up?

    BT

  3. This may not qualify as a student voice article, but I'm really trying to get my stuff out there and thought you might enjoy a look anyway. Thanks

I'm not gonna lie, I don't know if this is my best work. It's different trying to put the thoughts of an entire campus into an article, and I'm a little nervous about doing so. However, it's still my first one and I feel that its something very positive to build off of.

I was also going to ask if its okay that my two intern articles can overlap as part of the three that I write on KU football every week for KU football as a featured columnist?

  5. Thanks for the title tweak. Helps out with the confusion of people thinking I'm calling Oregon Football a nobody. Whoops. Lol.

  6. Hey man. I hope all is well. Any word from the Rams yet?

  7. Is there a reason why I go from a Top 40 ranking yesterday to not being in the rankings at all?

  8. I've just finished my take on the latest drippings from the steroid list, if you care to take a gander:

  9. Trying to become a featured columnist for the University of Houston Cougars football team...

Please read my article and comment on what you think of the story.

    Thanks!

  10. Hi then, hello again! This is a celebration of the Bleachers on my milestone article. Hope you have a chance to give a look.

    All the best!

  11. Thanks bro. I appreciate it.

  12. Hey Aron. Did you get my message on the Rams credentials request? I know it's a long shot, but I want to know for sure I've been rejected before I write a column critical of the Rams for turning away new media coverage.
