I hosted "The Chiefs Zone" on TheSportsStuff.com and iTunes from July of 2007 through January 2012. I received press credentials and conducted locker room interviews with Chiefs players during the 2008 season (I was only 17 at that time, a senior in high school) and it really helped me jump-start my career!
I've also won multiple broadcasting awards in high school and college. The most prestigious award I won was a competition in live reporting at the 2009 National STN (Student Television Network) conference during my senior year of high school.
I've also been fortunate and lucky enough to be able to publish a Chiefs article for 435 South Magazine (at the age of 17) and Kansas City Sports and Fitness Magazine.
I'm a die-hard Kansas City Chiefs fan. Also a fan of the Jayhawks, Royals and L.A. Lakers.
Outside of journalism/broadcasting, I'm a college student and am majoring in journalism. (Surprise!)
Outside of school and journalism, I enjoy being with my family and friends, working out, reading, watching sports, traveling and playing video games. (Love me some Final Fantasy!)

Sorry I didn't see your message earlier, Farzin. I was away most of the day yesterday after my shift ended.
You're welcome, Farzin!
Hey Farzin. Yeah, I just took a look, and I have no idea why that happened. I didn't personally do that during my edit. Sorry for any confusion there.
You're are very welcome, Farzin. And good eye seeing that unintended addition. It must've snuck in during a grammar check.
You're welcome, Farzin!
