About

I'm a former student of Birmingham University who did a year abroad at the University of Toronto. I wrote for the sports section of the University newspaper and have always enjoyed sports writing as way of making up for my lack of talent at pretty much any given sport!

My favourite sports are 'soccer' (or as we call it over here football), rugby union, cricket, tennis and baseball. I support Cheltenham Town, Gloucester RFC, Toronto Blue Jays and Somerset, an eclectic mix which of teams which I'm pretty sure no one else in the world follows! Most of my writing will probably focus on the Jays as I can't imagine there is a lot of demand for articles on fourth tier English football teams!
