Could you do all Duke fans a favor in the future and not write about us? How did you mess the projected starting line-up up? Coach K has used the double post one in at least the past 15 years. He has a team built to play like he wants to play and somehow you smoke it.

PG Cook, SG Sulaimon, SF Hood, PF Parker C Plumlee/Jefferson.

How is what amounts to a two-way radio a "move into the 21st century?" Walkie Talkies have existed since the mid-20th century.
You say "There is never a perfect solution to any problem" but there doesn't seem to be any evidence that landlines in bullpens were a problem. One documented example of someone mishearing a word in a noisy environment - that's something that happens on every audio communications device.
You seem to overlook the only impetus for the change was marketing/advertising.

    Congrats on quoting "Mike Max"

    NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!

Aren't you curious why ESPN hasn't picked up this story yet genius....?

Rick Speilman has never leaked even minor internal discussions let alone trading a player of Harvin's Caliber.

Mike Max isn't even a main Vikings Reporter, and he doesn't have access to any "secret sources." He's a reporter who's trying to create buzz off of speculation.

Once it's being picked up by ESPN and confirmed by the organization then you can report this as news.

Thanks for getting 35,000 people riled up for nothing. And one piece of advice, never follow Mike Max.

Everyone else just settle down, observe how this story hasn't gone viral by any other reputible reporters other than Mike Max and a bleacher report writer quoting Mike Max.

If this was true there would be dozens of reporters who picked up this story.

I don't know what your credentials are Rob and I'm not a writer so I don't any, but some of the things you write are seriously the most ignorant comments I've ever heard. It's like you wanna be Skip Bayless 2.0

Here we go again Rob, first Lin now Tebow. Just wish you'd come out and say that its Christianity you dislike and not either Lin or Tebow.

Just read your most recent article on Merrill Hoge and Tebow. Too harsh on Tebow. #1 the reports of what Tebow said came from an unnamed source (classic Jets move) and neither Tebow or Rex Ryan confirmed that he actually said that. #2 even IF he did say that, cut the guy some slack. he's frustrated, he's was duped into believing he'd come to NY and actually be able to play and he's been relegated to an insignificant role of maybe a few plays each game. Why do we hold Tim Tebow to standards we don't hold anyone else to?? He's human, just like the rest of us. The fact that he is a Christian doesn't mean he's perfect and he'd be the first to tell you that. Christians don't claim perfection but rather are the first to admit imperfection and their need for help.

Dudes like you and Hoge are the first to jump on the Tebow-bashing bandwagon and point out a good guy's most minor mistake. Lay off the hate-er-ade fellas. don't hate the man and attack his character when you'd do the same thing or most likely worse.

"Although Tim Tebow should be with a new team next season, he has already shown that he is not the type of person that we thought he was". LOL. Pure comedy Rob. Who'd "we" think he was......perfect? Unable to make any mistakes? Quick recap of what we know... according to Rex Ryan, "If I would have asked Tim to play in anything, Tim would have gone into the game and done that" (AP, 12/27/12). Check your facts bro, dont make the biggest mistake in journalism and write (or rant in your case) about something that likely is not even true. Second, if it's Christianity you don't like or Christians that anger you, have the balls to come straight out with it and say it instead of hiding in the shadows and bashing on a character guy for a(n) (unconfirmed) minor misstep.

The only way for you to get people to read your stuff is to bash on character guys to get a rise out of people. C'mon man dont fall into that trap. You're supposed to be a journalist not a religion-bashing cynic. If thats what you want to do then do it in a different forum. Don't bring personal biases into sports coverage bro, people can see right through it.

Excellent comment! Jan Neon, your voice represents all Lin fans. If we look at Rob's record, he could only jack up the reader numbers and comments by saying something negative on a subject or person which supposed to be positive, to stir up sh*t and get huge response from readers. This is the lowest kind of journalism, I think the b/r management should review his practice, the readers just cannot stand this kind of garbage hanging around the b/r site. GET A LIFE ROB!

Poor Rob, without saying bad about Jeremy Lin, you'll be out of good and food soon. Keep on and be healthy.
