Looks like your Flyers are turning into the laughing stock of the league. '75 Bitch

Phil Gibson, thank you for those incredible counter-points to every logical point raised in the article.
Read your article about sidney crosby. I just thought I'd let you know your reasoning for why everyone hates crosby is bullshit. Your a fucking idiot who's probably just a flyers fan. So yeah, Fuck you.
@Joseph Thank you for posting a plethora of comments on the article, my profile and Twitter. I appreciate your concern with the article.
What you may not have noticed was that I compared a player who never played in the NHL to players who all had some form of impact on the league. That was the point of that slide, not to say that Gilbert Perreault was not an excellent hockey player.
JASON, YOU NEED TO WRITE ANOTHER FOLLOW UP ARTICLE ABOUT HOW NOT TO MENTION A ("HALL OF FAMER", BUFFALO SPORTS ICON, NAMED 47TH GREATEST NHL PLAYER OF ALL TIME (SPORTING NEWS) AS HAVING A MODERATELY SUCCESSFUL CAREER 1326 PTS, 512 GOALS IN THE SAME BREATH AS DALE TALLON 336 PTS, REGGIE LEACH 666 PTS, & RICK MacLeish 759 PTS, AND AN APOLOGY TO MR PERREAULT AND ALL PERREAULT FANS !!!!!
.........BIG MISTAKE !!!!
Phil Esposito said Perreault would be the one player to break his record of 76 goals in a season (I wonder why he thought that?), but Bert liked to dish the puck more than shooting !! He only had Martin & Robert for 7 of his 17 years, can this goof name any of his wingers for the other 10 years ?? Was named to the All-Tournament Team for 1981 Canada Cup (Centered the Line for Gretsky & Lafluer) @ 31 years old while having 9 points in 4 games, all with missing 3 games when he broke his ankle late in game 4. Had 7 Points in a NHL game twice, Led Junior Montreal Canadiens to (2) Memorial Cup Cup Championship`s, There first since 1950. Had only 50 Goal season in 69-70 Season, with 38 points in 16 playoff games same season !! Moderately Successful ? Can honestly say, no one more exciting to watch in my 45 years of watching hockey, including Orr, Gretsky, Lemieux, Lafluer !! Nicknamed (The Great 11) before Gretsky came along !!
You (Jason) need to recant this in another article, as this is quite an injustice !
@Mathew van Roijen "One of the Capitals' wins was in a shootout (meaning the actual game was basically a tie); another came when Tuukka Rask was in net."
That means one of Washington's wins was in a shootout, and another win (in another game) came when Tuukka Rask was playing.
Two different games.
Tuuka Rask wast not in net during the Capitals shootout win over the Bruins. Tim Thomas was. Matt Hendricks, a checking line foward, brilliantly faked out Thomas to score the winning goal in the shootout. Thomas looked even worse when he fell getting off the ice after the shot.
Thanks for the recognition, glad you liked my work!
Great piece on possible goalies on the move, like your stuff a lot. Ever read NHL stuff here? www.sportsnet.ca/fanfuel
