I am a New England boy born and raised but found some time to become a Carolina Panthers fan in my few years down south. I love the game of football and would say basketball comes second. I can't stand Tom Brady and his girly hair but respect a man who does nothing but wins.
Hey Ryan, check out my "Players to Watch" piece for Week 1 of the fantasy season!
Hey man I wrote an article about the Top 10 Pro Athletes Who Would Make Good UFC Fighters. Would love to hear what you think man. http://bleacherreport.com/articles/817080-10-pro-athletes-that-would-make-good-ufc-fighters
congrats on being a top celtics writer for last month
ryan: i seriously have always doubted that D12 will be in green. thats why i mentioned that maybe a chance to pick up javale mcgee could be possible. also i came up some intersting facts/ coincidence in josh smith and howard being childhood frienship. More improtantlyI just wanted to stress the point that trades may actually create a greater appeal for players to come to boston than waiting for contracts to expire and trying to pick up new free agents.
while kg has been the anchor for the defense, the celtics dont have the support to execute his commands. So I thought it'd be smarter to move on. I've also heard talks of pierce staying in boston's front office upon retiring. if true wouldn't that make him less likely to be traded? and truthfully kg and allen would have more trade value.
Do you agree that the chance to pick up a valuable center through free agency is slim? (oden is a risk. dalembert is more than likely to go to miami. etc)
Ive been looking at the sites pertaining to memphis and timberwolves and it seems there is truth to there desire to trade both small forwards. would that be of importance to pick up one of them?
Also i believe there is truth to the celtics plans to sign there available free agents on the roster to use in future trades. - when asked if pavlovic is looking to go play overseas his serbian agent, zoran savic response was Danny ainge is interested in having pavlovic return to play in green. (along those lines) as one supporting point.
i believe the talks of trading rondo are absurd. With more realistic talks of a sign and trade for big baby, couldnt a small contract for big baby help bring in a center since he'd be able to play behind a true center the way he did backing perkins? with a small contract it would leave cap space open for a center once j oneal is not extended.
i could go on for hours. mainly because so many articles written that dont seem to hold any truth or actual sources and are more for entertainment. im trying to weed through the b.s but with the lockout this may prove to be futile.
after talkin to many people on sites most I've talked too have emotionally motivated views and comments lacking facts. So i then looked toward acquainted contributors for insight. If im overstepping any boundaries please let me know. thanks ryan
ay ryan i posted on (pierce or green) write on how i thought the trades i mentioned could work and why i thought the should take place. some of the supporting info is cut and pasted. it so long looking at it i probably should have sent it to u directly. that was a good write and i gave u props. your feedback would be highly appreciated. thanx for u time bro. i forgot to mention allen would have to be involved in the major trades lol. i could see y u thought it made no sense.
