Shan's Bio
Shan has tired of the third person intro. I really love the Utah Jazz and it shows. I have John Stockton's, Malone's and even David Benoits rookie cards. I became a Jazz fan at age 10 and since then the ups and downs of this team are a intertwined part of my life. I am currently attending the University of Utah and will be a registered nurse soon. Medicine, science, music, chemistry, poker and of course any NBA action are my passions. Diana and I are community leaders for the Utah Jazz, please feel free to ask questions. Go Jazz!!!

Hi Shan
Hope your summer is starting off well. I was wondering if you got Rory's 'assignment' regarding the Jazz off-season moves and draft/trade speculation? I'd REALLY like to read your take on same. Seems like a lot of potential for activity...
Hope you do it!

Hey,
Today I look back at one of the modern comeback stories that has touched fans of all kinds. This story is about a modern day marvel who had a bright future, only to be setback by abuse of his body. This comeback story of Josh Hamilton himself describes why, nobody is perferct.

Hey Shan,
Decided to have some fun with this. It's a humor piece about Survivor for athletes. I had a blast writing it, and I hope you get a good laugh out of it :)
If you get the time, I'd love to hear what you think. If not, no worries.

Hi, Shan
If Portland and Utah can both take care of business (including beating Denver) down the stretch, we could make things interesting in the division.
Meanwhile a monster of a game tonight.
Tell me what you're thinking...

Hey Shan,
I think the best part of sports is the passion involved, so I wrote an opinionated piece on why I think a perfect athlete is capable of crying, both win or lose. I’d love for you to check it out and let me know what you think. If you’re too busy, no worries.

Hey Shan,
This isn't my article, but you should definitely give it a read if you have some time. Some brilliant writing by one of my favorite writers, Pete McKeown. Hope you like it!
