About

I am an Illinois State University graduate with a degree in public relations. I want to work for a major league sports team some day. In 2006 I covered the Cardinals Caravan for a local tv station and have been there every year since as a Bleacher Report writer. Starting in 2009, I began working as a media and communications intern with the Peoria Rivermen hockey club. In 2010 I took over as the Media Relations Assistant to the General Manager for the Bloomington PrairieThunder hockey club of the CHL. When the team folded and became the Bloomington Blaze, I continued as a media and press box manager.
