Nebraska Football: Huskers in Need of Major Overhaul

I am a native Californian currently living in New York City. While marketing is my day job, I have always been a huge Nebraska Cornhuskers fan and enjoy writing about and discussing anything related to the Huskers. My father and three uncles are from Lincoln and I was wearing red and watching Nebraska games well before I could make a personal decision on the matter - but I am proud to be a second generation Nebraskan.
I graduated from the University of Arizona with degrees in English Literature and Creative Writing. While Nebraska football is my passion, I still watch every Arizona football and basketball game and have run into some personal conflicts during two Holiday Bowl games.
In my free time (the few moments I can grasp), I play baseball in a competitive wood bat baseball league.

As an LSU fan living in Austin I do not disagree with everything that you have written about the arrogance of the Longhorn Nation. But for schools to bolt the Big 12 because of Texas only feeds that arrogance. I agree with why Nebraska left for the Big Ten. I think the Aggies were making decisions on emotions and if they do end up going I think they are making a huge mistake for them. For me I am looking forward to that 2 hour drive to Bryan every other year and watch the Corp squeeze their Aggies from the pain the Tigers are going to lay on them.
