I am probably one of the latest bloomers of Viking fandom on this site, but my dedication is beyond rival. I have been a fan of the Minnesota Vikings for a half a season, and I'm looking forward to the future. I never played football, and I wasn't a fan of the NFL until about 2 years ago. I was a fan of college football due to going to games while attending undergrad. I paid attention to the 2009 NFL season, which primarily led me to the Vikings. However, I made the real transition to Vikings when they signed Randy Moss. I was more a fan of players as opposed to a team. My favorite players were Peterson and Moss, and when they joined up again it was all but decided for me. Sadly, that didn't last long. But I remain a premier Vikings fan. I have no family connection or proximity connection to the Vikings. Most of my family and friends are either Broncos, Raiders, Cardinals or Cowboys fans. So my Viking fandom is very random. Unfortunately, I was not a fan during the Randle or Moss eras, and it saddens me. Those were great years to love the Vikings. I await the future years as eager as anyone else.
