Hey Aaron——this is Jeff, a Community Coordinator for Bleacher Report.

I've noticed that your efforts as a Colts Community Leader have diminished lately. As we're really hoping to build out this section of the site, I wanted to touch base and make sure this was still something you were interested in doing.

To remind you, as a Community Leader you are responsible for the following:

* Engaging writers in your section through direct interaction (adding to lineup, posting on bulletin boards, etc.)

* Moderating the conversation in the comment threads and encourage intelligent, appropriate discourse

* Filtering the content in your section by star rating articles and stripping irrelevant pieces of their "Indianapolis Colts" tags

* Leading by example through writing high quality Colts articles

* Coordinating group discussions and taking advantage of the Community Leader messaging interface

Let me know if you'd like to give it another shot. Otherwise, I think it's probably best if you step down and we find someone else who can make the complete commitment.
