Jonathan Maldonado is currently a senior at Hofstra University studying broadcast journalism. Jonathan is a native of The Bronx, NY and spends his time off from school there. Besides school work Jonathan is heavily involved in his career path. Currently Jonathan interns right here at Bleacher Report. He also interns for SiriusXM Satellite Radio in New York City and has also written for SportsFans.org.

Sports are Jonathan's passion and getting involved with the sporting community through the use of media is top priority for him. Any and all sports are welcome attractions for Jonathan although his true sports love is baseball. Being from The Bronx Jonathan is naturally a die-hard Yankees fan while the Knicks, Jets and Rangers round out his top clubs in American sports. Soccer is also one of Jonathan's favorite sports and is an avid fan of Spain's La Liga with particular interest in F.C. Barcelona.

When not involved in sports Jonathan is big on technology, the web and social media. Everything from reporting to behind the scenes web maintenance to public relations are areas in which Jonathan has experience and enjoys being a part of.
