John's Bio

To escape the stresses of life, some people drink, take drugs, smoke cigarettes, race cars, chase women, watch TV, free fall off buildings, hunt Rhinos in Africa, become Mercenaries, etc..etc.. I like to write on Bleacher Report.

Yeah, you're probably thinking, this guy needs a life, but who's wasting their time now by reading my Bio? That's what I thought. We are all in this together, escaping the complexities of life, or cheating on our employers time by engaging in our passion, Sports, on Bleacher Reports.

You know how bad we have it, this addiction? We do this for free. Zander is the 'ultimate' Huck Finn and Tom Sawyer. We come here everyday, painting his figurative white picket fence. "And loving it!"

If we are smart, we will organize a union for better benefits. We could call it the The Un-Professional Writers Union of America. In the mean time, we are very satisfied with a 'good job' and 'keep em coming'

When you read my stuff, please don't take it too seriously. If you do, I'm doing something wrong.

Important things about me, that you should know. I like good Scotch, great wines, the Moody Blues, and my Weiner dog, 'Monty' is always by my side when I write. Been married 32 years to a beautiful blond Swedish girl, I took away from Newport Beach, Ca and brought to Arizona.

That's all. See you on the Blog.

  8. Hey John—Dave Mo here, a Bleacher Report Community Coordinator.

I've been spending time on our Lakers page and read a couple of your old articles. Really on-point analysis...you do good work.

Given that you haven't written in a while, I thought I'd check in and see if you're interested in picking up your coverage again. What do you say?

If not, it would be great if you could give me some feedback on why you decided to stop writing and what we could have done to better serve you. If you wouldn't mind, please shoot me a line at dmorrison@bleacherreport.com with any thoughts.

    Thanks so much,

    Dave Mo
