Following up yesterday's great debate is the one I've been waiting to write for a long time, and the one I think may be the best debate yet and a must-read for any football fan! Should video technology be introduced into football? Would doing so take away from the 'magic' that makes the game so great? And would it help or hinder the referees? Thanks alot for the edit I was starting to worry it was going to get dumped.

Since you have been here about the same amount of time I have I wondered if you might be able to explain a couple things to me that are new and i dont understand (I had to take 3 months off for a fight event).

Firstly who decides now what goes to the front page? How are lists chosen for the top lists on the front page?

As a featured columnist, do you have direct access to the Front page? In addition do you operate under a different set of community guidelines than the rest of us?

I know this sounds like a dumb question also but do you have any idea what those small dots are the directly precede the title of articles listed below the featured ones on the MMA main page (and others I assume)

Is it an editor thing? Why do some articles have the dot and others do not?

Sorry to ask so many questions- you dont have to bother responding if you dont want to but the lack of transparancy is starting to bug me.

I have written like 10 great pieces in a row- really pulling in big numbers 1-2k while discussing subjects other than breasts and yet i havent seen the front page once.

Spencer Kyte writes some mass produced garbage- he sits on the top of the MMA page for 20+ hours and the front page as a featured article for a whole day and still hasnt broken 200 reads.

Am I missing something here?

Anyway thanks for the edit- and for the therapy- if it wasnt free than just send me a bill, lols
