Zip's Bio

I'm a huge Arsenal fan and aspire to be a coach or if not possible then within football.

I'm more of a thinker rather than a writer hence sometimes my words may not come out as intended. In time hopefully I can successfully combine the two.

I like to analyse matches and football in general looking at the tactical side as well as psychologically.

Zip Writes About

The Short List What Zip thinks about sport's most pressing questions

  • Favorite Athletes

Cesc Fabregas, Xabi Alonso, Lionel Messi

  • Favorite Sports Teams

    Arsenal

  • Favorite Coaches

    Arsene Wenger, Rafa Benitez

  • All Time Sports Moment

    Arsenal Invincibles win

  • Most Memorable Game Attended

Not many great ones attended. Skint, so I watch the cheap ones. Sad I know.

  • Most Unbreakable Sports Record

    Best haircut- Bakary Sagna

  • Ruth or Mays?

What's this? Baseball? Don't watch it. A lack of high skill involved. The best sports combine high skill and high athleticism and American Football and Baseball fall short in their respective areas. Uh...Mays

  • Unitas or Montana?

American Football now...lets talk real football. I'll go Joe Montana

  • Jordan or Russell?

    Come on!!!!

  • Gretzky or Orr?

I'm giving up if the next question is not about football (soccer).

  • Pele or Maradona?

Finally. Maradona hands down. But not literally as Maradona won't understand.

  • Federer or Sampras?

Roger Federer. Good guy. Good sportsman.

  • Tiger or Nicklaus?

    Tiger Woods.

  • Petty or Earnhardt?

Back to crazy questions again. Petty

  • Schumacher or Senna?

Don't watch F1 much. Marcos Senna of Villarreal.

  • Pac 10, Big 12, Big 10, SEC, ACC, or Big East?

I understand Bleacher Report is American but come on(!) Big 10 sounds good. I'll have one.

  2. Hey,

Usain Bolt has left the world speechless again, but how does his Berlin performance compare to that of Jesse Owens 73 years earlier? Have a look, comment, and rate if you have the time!
