I love sports. I love to write. I figured I'd marry the two.

I know a thing or two about supporting heartbreaking teams as a longtime fan of the Denver Broncos and University of Virginia sports in general, and as a Red Sox supporter for about ten years. I've also experienced the joys of my favorite team winning it all a few times.

Hopefully you'll enjoy my musings from time to time and feel free to comment - your criticism and encouragement can only make me a better writer and a better fan.

Ok i have got to change that pic---I lost a bet (aftre favre lost to the chargers) and promised I would keep that picture up--but I think it's time to take it down. Not a Chargers fan--just lost a bet :)
