What Happens in April Does Not Stay in April: The Early Season Counts

I'm currently a freelance web designer/developer, and amateur sports writer (am I still an amateur if I had to pay taxes on my measly sports writing earnings? but that's a question for another time). I'm a fan of the New York Jets and the Evil Empire. I don't understand why they failed to conduct any wind models to realize that the New Yankee Stadium is the new Wrigley Field in terms of seasonal winds turning pop-flies to right into home runs. My sports writing influences are Bill Simmons, Baseball Prospectus and Football Outsiders.
