New Orleans Hornet’s Guard Marcus Thornton Joins Team EFX and Reveals the Benefits of His Signature EFX Performance Band

MISSION VIEJO, Calif. (November 12, 2010) – Hoping to better his record setting rookie performance last year, 23-year-old guard, Marcus Thornton of the New Orleans Hornets, has joined the EFX Performance team to gain an edge.
With competitive athletes routinely striving for anything that might give them a leg up on their opponents, Thornton was eager to jump on board with EFX Performance, a major producer of holographic performance bands. EFX Performance revealed their new Signature Line of bands Friday with the unveiling of Thornton’s signature band.
“EFX has given me a tremendous opportunity to enhance my performance on the basketball court,” said Thornton. “My band provides me with the necessary balance and agility that I need to take my game to the next level.”
EFX Performance created a custom design wristband with Thornton’s signature logo in Hornet’s colors to celebrate his addition to the team’s roster.

The new bands will be available for purchase on Monday, November 15 at www.efxusa.com, and is due to be released in many retail locations at a later date.
