I'm just your average NASCAR lovin' outspoken Southern Girl! A misplaced Texan living on the outskirts of Washington DC. I'm a Paramedic who moonlights as a Sportswriter and along with Kelly Crandall, co-lead the NASCAR Community here at Bleacher Report.

I'm a daredevil with a sharp, quick wit. A tomboy at heart. Opinionated, yet open minded. Strong-willed, but know when not to take things too seriously. I'm a Super Hero who is light-hearted enough to laugh at myself.

I was raised by proud Southern parents who instilled generations of family values and traditions that have shaped me into a unique combination of elegance, brawn and brains. I've got a big, kind heart, but please don't mistake my kindness for weakness, I am one tough chick wrapped in the body of a true Southern Belle, living the good life one race at a time!

I am a bit of an "acquired taste," a bit irreverent, a little loud, a whole lotta funny and an all around equal opportunity offender!

My writing may not be your thing and that's okay. All I ask is for you to have an open mind. Have a read and give me your thoughts. Hopefully, at the very least, I can put a smile on your face for a minute or two.
