Max's Bio

I am a 23 year old reservationist currently living in Honolulu, HI.

I am a born and raised, die hard Bears fan. They are my #1 team.

( When I was young, my dad used to tell me that every week, I should cheer for two football teams; the Bears and whoever is facing the Packers. Now that has extended to three teams: Bears, whoever is facing the Packers and whoever is facing Brett Favre. I hate that man)

I like the watching the Mets, Cubs, and Rangers. (kinda like the Royals, but its hard to keep up with them.) All that said, the best fans in Major League Baseball are Cardinal fans.

I wasnt a Jordan supporter during his reign cause I was a Reggie Miller and John Stockton fan and Jordan always seemed to beat them. I liked the Bulls after Jordan left AND those 2 years where he failed at baseball. My favorite player of all time is Horace Grant. Specially once he started rocking the rec specs for the Magic.

So: Bulls, Magic, Pacers, Nuggets, Twolves.

I think Lebron James deserves the MVP, but I cheer against him every chance I get because I hate how ESPN drools over him constantly. It is obnoxious. (kinda like ther infatuation with Brett Favre).

Grew up a Joe Pa fan so Penn St. is my college football team. I have been living in Hawaii for five years now, so I also cheer on the (Rainbow) Warriors of UH in all sports. I also support the Syracuse Orangemen and the Bradley University Braves.

In terms of hockey, its only two teams: New Jersey Devils and the Chicago Blackhawks.

I have a biased point of view, sorry.

I won't post my accolades (admittingly, I have few) because I prefer not to write for reads. I write because I enjoy it and in hopes that others do as well. If you do or don't please let me know.

And if you post anything on my wall to read, I will. Believe me, I have little else to do and I think it allows me to learn about other sports/teams that I otherwise would not have.

  10. Max,
If you get a chance, check out my new piece on Murray-Cilic match and after-effects of Murray's loss in the ATP ranking, etc. It is a skeletal Game Recap plus a few other things, so don't expect too much in the artistic side, which is zero because I spent only 15 minutes. So, don't judge me too much on this one.
