  1. Twas indeed a glorious Sunday - all day of it!! Really needed it! JAA

  2. Hi Chris - Yes, it is more difficult to drag yourself back from these mysterious lapses and I suspect Roger is beginning to weary of it himself. So, he needs to find another game within his game that gives him confidence and assurance - one he can deliver - as you say - with his eyes closed. The game is there - but he cannot make it work all the time.

So he needs a coach - he needs someone - maybe even John McEnroe to show him the pieces of his game that he can use to his best advantage at RG, at Wimbledon and at the US Open to counter Nadal, Murray and Djokovic!!

Please, Roger - let Mac help you! This is my prayer for the next few weeks. I was so disappointed when Cahill caved. But, no I will not lose hope - it is important for Roger to get those slams - he has earned them and he deserves them!

    Soon - OK? jaa

  3. Hi Chris - You are sweet to concern yourself. I am suffering but recovering slowly. It was a devastating blow to see Roger not play the game he built during the tournament...his grief just destroyed me...so I am laying low, biding my time, waiting to feel whole again!! I will. But a hug would be nice! Thanks...jaa

  4. Hey, Chris - thanks for the note...I am glad you got back in touch now that the season is underway again. I am hoping Roger can make a run in 2009! Always glad to share with another fan! Look forward to hearing from you throughout this year...Here is to Roger and the Australian Open! jaa

  5. Hi Chris - didn't mean to cut you out because i never tire of talking about tennis...so chat away and i will stay here with you. I just assumed lady luck had run her course - naturally, there is always more and more when Roger is in the house! Thanks! jaa [thought you might not see the comment posted].
