After working in the financial services industry for over a decade, the last three years of which was spent managing a trading desk on Wall St, I left in 2003 when my firm closed due to financial difficulties. My third child had been born on 9/3/01, I'd returned to work with cigars on 9/10, and the next day the world changed. When my firm closed its doors in 2003, I took my passions of futbol and volunteering with children, and turned them into my career. I haven't looked back since. It hasn't been easy, especially after my youngest child suffered multiple concussions last year which have kept him off the pitch since, and I received two on the same day myself which have limited me. This has led me to carry a torch for preventing traumatic brain injuries in children, and offering better services/treatments for them afterwards than what's available now - MRI which show nothing in 90% of the cases despite the damage, and rest, which does nothing in many cases. While players get paid to take these risks, and have every rehabilitation tool at their disposal, children play to have fun. Period. We need to ensure that's the case.
i want to thank you for the fan add,i am humbled by it....i used to support ac milan and italy growing up and switched to madrid and spain around 1998.
