David's Bio

Simply put, I can't get away from sports. My love of the NFL sprouted when I was only 6 years old when I went to my first Giants game in '98. Since then my fanhood has been a roller coaster ride with the Giants, obviously peaking in 2007 with the greatest playoff run in recent memory.

I am a big Met fan that is well-aware of our bleak history, but that just makes them more attractive to be a fan of. Certainly times look dimmer then ever but there are too many teams in baseball, producing a scarcity in elite teams and an over-abundance in mediocrity. With that in mind, I have faith the Mets can get this thing turned around soon and run into a World Series championship, if you will.

Along with Travis, Michael, and Kyle I am a community leader for the Giants. Additionally, I contribute to a site run by B/R's very own John Fennelly called blognyg.com.

The picture is me on the left bowing to Justin Tuck.

I'm 17 right now and am heading into a crossroads in which I'll decide if I want to seriously pursue my life-long dream of being a sports writer/broadcaster. For those that have experience in these particular fields, I would appreciate any unique insights based on personal experiences in the sports writing/broadcasting industry.
