James's Bio

I agree with LJ Burgess. God Bless TW Krems.

I'm a guy who got in football too late to play it in high school or college. But I love it too much to give up, so I intend to follow my dreams and do what the inspirational movies tell you to do. I want to be a great sportswriter on NFL and maybe be on the Hall of Fame Committee and an analyst for ESPN or NFL, I will not give it up no matter what.

I've recently been named a Community Leader for the Dallas Cowboys. I intend to keep that position for quite some time. But, I am not solely a Cowboy writer. I write on multiple subjects, and do a Cowboy piece every few articles.

I like multiple teams b/c of certain players, but I am true blue down to my toenails. I feel like the disappointment of Dallas not doing so well this past season has been made up by Bob Hayes being put in the Hall of Fame.

I've studied Hall of Fame ballots, selection processes, listened to the thoughts of Hall of Fame voters and can probably explain why any player has been left out.

If you like my writing, become a fan, and I'll keep you updated on my new articles.

I play semi-pro football now and I'm learning more and more about the game and it is becoming more scientific like Tom Landry said it would be.

I'm also a writer for NFLTouchdown as the Dallas fanvoice. I encourage you to look there: http://www.nfltouchdown.com/
It is an amazing place.

  1. The Ravens lost a heartbreaker to the Bengals today, 17-7. I write about the three positives and negatives at the halfway point, and examine why the Ravens are still in good shape going forward to earn the 5th or 6th WC spot.

  3. Recently, I read 'Cobb' by Al Stump, a very fine baseball biographer. I really liked the book, and I wanted to get his story out there - even more than it is already. I put some time into this, so a read/comment would be appreciated.

  4. James, thank you for writing such a wonderful tribute about my son, Robert. I could and would like to write a dictionary-sized tribute myself, but he is the gifted writer, not me. I loved reading his articles and his comments and miss them, too.

  5. The World Series has me losing my freaking mind! http://bleacherreport.com/articles/283914-a-rant-from-a-yankees-fan

  6. Hi, please check out my sports site, UltimateSportsRankings.com.

  7. Oh yeah, even if McNabb played against the Saints....the Eagles probably would have still lost. It was all because of the defense we got destroyed so bad haha.
