  It is always great to hear from a San Francisco native. Regarding the Giants' pitching, aside from injuries, I have no doubt they will continue success. This is just "some" of my analysis as to why the Giants will succeed. I will probably publish part two and part three to this later this week or early next week. In the long run, I often fear if the Giants will be able to afford or choose to afford long-term contracts for Lincecum an Cain. I believe this is the last year of Lincecum's 2-year deal avoiding arbitration. We will see how that goes. Enjoy the season, and thank you for reading!

  The Warriors are doing a nice job rebounding the ball. They have held Kevin Love to just four points in the first half. The only thing keeping the Timberwolves in the game is their 5/8 3-point shooting. We will see how the second half goes.!

  Owen, if you are looking for a college basketball outrage, San Jose State University men's basketball team won two games in the WAC tournament. This is their best record in 24 years.
