I am a Rangers fan that resides in Denver about a mile from Coors Field. I like both teams but the Rangers are number one, and it's not close. Most of my friends are back in Texas, where I grew up, so writing about sports here on BR is a way for me to stay connected with friends and family. I have no writing experience, because I was always too busy running track and cross country in high school and college to really take the time to write. I attribute most of my writing abilities (if any) to my Dad for putting the sports section in front of me every morning at a very early age. Thanks Dad.
