D-Boy Charlie is reading something that is not there. The problemo is the FIA regulations are so vauge that it is up to the stewards not Charlie to interpret them. The stewards also have Super Liceneses just like the drivers.

Thank you for the vehicle dynamics to D-Boy Tim. I tried to explain the the racing line in turn 1 to him about 5 different ways with no improvement in his understanding.

Why such a bystander? Write a article ; it feels good!

Tim, we can argue about the lines and such until we're blue in the face, but Charlie Whiting has verified that the car coming out of the pit has right-of-way according to the F1 rulebook. What my experience says no longer matters, what you experience says no longer matters. The only full-time FIA employee to have spoken on the matter says Massa is at fault.
