Kay Yow Passes Away After Long Battle with Cancer
01/24/2009
I am a lifelong baseball fan. I started playing ball at the age of 4 and played until I was 21. I played third base until I got to college and then moved to second. I could really pick it.
I never really had a favorite baseball team until 1988 when my small town finally got cable television and I could see the Cubs everyday. Listening to Harry call games, Sandberg pick it, Grace hit double after double wearing no batting gloves, and Dawson knocking it out was times I will never forget.
I've been to several stadiums over the years and dream of going to them all. So far I've been to Wrigley of course, Nats stadium, Camden Yards, Yankee Stadium, and old Turner Field.
I'm a computer consultant near Washington DC and enjoy going to Skins games, watching baseball, playing softball, playing drums and guitar, and goallineblitz.com.

F1 does not suck...if you don't 'get it' it's understandable...but it does not suck.

Hey Chris. Glad you are playing in the world of Bleacher Report! I know you're a stick and ball guy but would love to have your input on the NASCAR page, especially since you are a fan of Awesome Bill and my husband's favorite driver Denny Hamlin. So comment, rant, rate, and write!
Best,
Mary Jo
