Ryan Young is currently in his third stint as a sports beat writer for the Daily Iowan in Iowa City, Iowa. Since beginning in the Fall of 2006, he has covered Hawkeye football, baseball, wrestling, and beyond. Before that, Ryan played one year of basketball and four years of baseball at Des Moines Hoover High School. He now lives in North Liberty, Iowa, roughly 15 minutes away from Iowa City.
