Dan's Bio

I am a 22-year old who recently graduated from the University of Dayton, enjoying this journey on the so called "job hunt" as I look to find work related to my interest in sports.

While at Dayton, I joined the staff at the school's radio station and co-hosted a weekly talk show while broadcasting a few of the basketball and soccer games.

I am currently a Featured Columnist for the Cincinnati Bengals here at Bleacher Report and one of the team's Community Leaders. I am fortunate enough to be given the opportunity to write about them and will do my best to provide some of the best content for the Bengals on the internet.

Along with Bleacher Report, my work can be found on a few other sites:

Philadelphia Eagles Fan Voice: www.NFLTouchdown.com

Columnist: www.FantasyPros911.com

NFL Freelance Writer: http://www.suite101.com/profile.cfm/danparzych

Last summer, I was lucky enough to be part of a sports editing internship with BleacherReport for three months. If there are any articles you would like me to read, feel free to post them on my bulletin board and I will look over them as soon as I can.

No matter what, I make sure to read any article posted on my board. I may not leave a comment for each one, but I make sure I always give them a read because I know how much I appreciate the ones who read my articles.

Any questions or comments feel free to send an email my way at djp746@gmail.com.

  1. Dan,

I thought you might like this piece. It’s not just your standard “breaking news” piece about a trade, although it does note the trade of Jeremy Hermida from the Florida Marlins to the Boston Red Sox. Let me know what you think in the comments section.

  5. Everyone has dreams of playing a professional sport. Sirr Parker did in football. But it was impossible for him to do that from where he grew up. But he made it, and he's truly remarkable. It's a story I'd love to share with you:

I'd love your feedback on this and I hope you can check it out. Thank you, and have a great day!

  6. Recently, I read 'Cobb' by Al Stump, a very fine baseball biographer. I really liked the book, and I wanted to get his story out there - even more than it is already. I put some time into this, so a read/comment would be appreciated.
