About Cameon »

I hate describing myself in these little "about me" things because honestly, you can't really get to know someone by reading these things. However, I'll put a few fast facts just so you can get some general information.

I'm 17 and have lived in Birmingham, Alabama my whole life where I grew up learning about Alabama Football and the importance of being able to lose with class and, more importantly, how to win with class.

I write what a lot of people call "feel good articles" because it's what I do best and I think anyone can post an article with stats they copy and pasted from wikipedia. If you have a problem with my feel good articles, go somewhere else. Simple as that.

I write a lot about Alabama Football and the issues that surround football and sports as a whole and will occassionally venture to something else that I think needs more attention at the time.

I will read and comment on any article that is posted on my BB...eventually, because I am a Senior this year with Band and a new little Bama fan brother due here on August 18th. I leave my BB open because I think it is the responsibility of the older writers to support old and new writers alike here on B/R.

I am an opinionated person and I hate generalizations so just be aware, that while I am as sweet as peach pie, I won't let someone tell me I am naive or stupid because of my age, where I'm from, or because of my gender.

sorry i just hear about what happened...seems SO long since we talked about our respective football teams and the B/R changes, the Lisa Horne's, the GG's and of course, the little thinngs we thought were so crucial...

I know you're screening through right now, but all I want to say is that as long as you're here on B/R, so will I. I find it sincerely ironic how you lost your friends, and we almost lost you in the same manner. Death can go away; this isnt a Final Destination sequel. We love you, Miss Shiflett; I hope you realize this and are able to write back real soon
